Review: Men With Red Ties by Nastya Polikarpova

The window of this taxi and I have something in common.

We are breathed on by strangers, covered by countless, dirty fingerprints, stained with coffee, oil, grease; it wears the poor window out, an exhaustion that a car wash cannot cleanse away.

Received from the publisher for review.

This was a nice read, but rather more intellectual than light reading. I didn't connect with the characters, finding them rather shallow, by necessity.

This one gets three stars. I can't say that I particularly enjoyed the story, but it was interesting. It was well written with a very realistic feeling to it.

★★☆☆ = Liked It
