Received from the publicist for review.

This one gets three stars. It was nicely done with lots of graphics, pictures, and various font sizes. It felt very artsy and was an interesting platform for the topics discussed. Each "chapter" was really only a few pages long, and was really more of a tidbit. It felt more like a PowerPoint presentation bound into a book. It was rather simplistic and the sections felt sort of disconnected. The messages, however, were nice and everyone should be able to take away at least a couple insights to apply in their own lives.

★★☆☆ = Liked It
