Received for review.

I admit it.  I'm addicted to health books.  I just find them absolutely fascinating!  When I saw this I simply had to read it.

"Holistic" is usually associated with the crunchy granola, Birkenstock wearing, incense burning crowd, but here it simply means embracing health in your entire life - emotional and physical.

While I can't really get on board with the author's dietary suggestions (eating a tiny bit of protein and a few vegetables and fruits) the remainder of the book is quite educational.  The author provides a number of suggestions of exercises to diagnose issues and options on how to resolve them.  I found the section on energy medicine to be particularly enlightening.

I highly recommend this well written and comprehensive volume.  Even if you only apply a few of the suggestions it is well worth the read.

★★★★ = Really Liked It

If you really like health books, check out David Silverstein. He's got Become an Elite Mental Athlete. It's a short read, but full of great ideas on sleep and diet ect. I have learned so much from it and then from that I have found other health books that have helped me along. Great resources. Silversteins site is His book info is there. I recommend that!
